Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £50k+Join an exciting opportunity as a German Speaking Sales Executive, based four days a week in the office in Worthing, West Sussex and one day from home. Offering a competitive salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £50k+, uncapped, this role promises growth and success in a dynamic work environment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:– Proactively generate new business by engaging dairy farm owners and managers through various outreach methods.– Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, providing insightful information about product offerings.– Schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team with prospective customers.– Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.– Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation initiatives.REQUIRED SKILLSThe German speaking Sales Executive will have the majority of the following experience:– Minimum of 2+ years in outbound sales, telesales, or business development roles.– Fluency in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is desirable.– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working independently.SALARY:Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £50k+
