Role Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality examinations services for British Council Global Exams Services stream in South China through effective exam administration management, ensuring exam services are delivered in full compliance with all corporate standards and regulations set by examinations boards. In additional, this role will support the development and continued optimisation of exam administration procedures.

Main accountabilities but not limited to the following:
Manage confidential materials movement and carry out routine monitoring on delivery process and regular quality checks. Sort and develop related document template and prepare designated exam related administrative materials.
Participate in national stock-management related projects and contribute to procedures and process optimisation.
Coordinate with different functional teams to work collectively to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality examinations services to candidates with full compliance to the corporate standards and the requirements of the exam boards.
Take proactive actions in the implementation of the British Council Examinations Quality Compliance & Assurance standards to ensure all confidential materials handling process is fully compliant.
Strengthen relationships with examination boards and key stakeholders such as educational organizations, corporate clients, training providers and contribute to business development in the South China region.
Perform required financial activities and support functional manager in finance monitoring to ensure accuracy and compliance to statutory requirements and corporate standards.
Ensure all duties are delivered in line with the British Councils policy on Child Protection and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and these is taken into account when planning and delivering activity.
Manage information created and received in compliance with the British Councils information management standards, policies, the UK data protection principles and local legislation.

Role specific knowledge and experience:
Demonstrable experience of administration work that requires high standard of accuracy, time restriction and attention to details.
Good communication skills
People management and project management experiences
Demonstrable multi-tasking ability
Knowledge of international education qualification products and market in China (Desirable)
Experience of managing international exams (Desirable)

Role specific skills:
Computer skills: can effectively use Windows platform applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree or above
Language:
o English at Proficiency Level B2 (Aptis B2, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
o Chinese at Proficiency Level C1 (HSK 5 or equivalent)
