Job Description
ARC is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of a GIS Landscape Analyst for the organization’s conservation programs. In this role, you will be a critical member of our leadership team by providing expertise in remote sensing, geospatial analysis, data management, and cartographic skills. The GIS Analyst will work remotely and support our Regional Coordinators and Leadership Team to address a diversity of geospatial needs for our on-the-ground programs, collaborate in developing GIS-based conservation programs, and manage the PARCA database. This position will range from map mapping, modeling, and database management to leadership and creativity for exploring solutions to the pressing needs that will guide conservation strategy and implementation. If you are passionate about wildlife conservation and enjoy GIS analyses, this position will offer you a fulfilling role in our mission to support herpetofauna and their habitats across the United States.
