The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team supporting country teams to have well-designed, accountable programmes. Collaborate closely with colleagues in HQ and Country Offices to strengthen programme quality especially in terms of PCM and MEAL systems. Develop and roll-out organisational policies and processes to enhance MEAL/PCM. Enjoy the chance to travel and support Trócaire staff and partners in their programme quality activities within country programmes.

You will report to Head of PIL. The job opportunity will be offered on a full-time basis for an indefinite duration and can based in Ireland, Kenya or Ethiopia
We’d love if you have a strong understanding of PCM and MEAL, along with prior experience in a MEAL role. Experience in designing and implementing MEAL systems, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected countries, is vital. Additional experience in designing and delivering training on PCM and/or MEAL topics would be beneficial. As this role involves support to Country Offices and partners, it’s crucial that you can collaborate effectively across different cultures and backgrounds and have excellent communication and facilitation skills. You will need to travel several times a year to fragile and conflict affected countries, and fluency in French would be advantageous.
