Global Talent Recruitment for Suzhou Lab

tendersglobal.net

Suzhou Laboratory is dedicated to becoming a global leader in materials science research and fostering a diverse, innovative, and collaborative research environment.

Join Us in Unlocking the Next Era of Information Materials.

The Department of Information Materials focuses on advancing future high-tech innovations, enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of critical industries, and making breakthroughs in key technologies for advanced information materials.

We strategically prioritize four key domains: key materials for integrated circuits, integrated optoelectronic materials, advanced semiconductor materials and advanced magnetic materials. Concurrently, we are establishing a comprehensive technical capability system spanning material growth, photolithography, thin-film deposition, etching, doping and modification, packaging and testing, and simulation technologies. This integrates material synthesis, device processing, system integration, and testing/analysis into a unified R&D paradigm.

We are seeking talent in the following cutting-edge fields:

  • Key Materials for Integrated Circuits (Lithography materials, Advanced packaging materials, ALD precursor materials, AI for materials science, Materials charaterization)
  • Integrated Optoelectronic Materials (Thin-film lithium niobate materials and devices, Heterogeneous integration technology for lithium niobate thin films, Integrated sensing/memory/logic materials, Synchrotron light source techniques, Machine-learned force field development, Technology computer-aided design, AI hardware accelerators, Augmented reality hardware technology, High performance computing)
  • Advanced Semiconductor Materials (Semiconductor material and device testing, Nitride semiconductor material growth, Nitride semiconductor device processing)
  • Advanced Magnetic Materials (Crystal growth technique, Material intelligence R&D)

If you are a passionate and innovative scientist or researcher eager to make a transformative impact in materials science, we invite you to join us in shaping a ground-breaking future.
