SECTION 1: LETTER OF INVITATION

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to bid for Establishment of Long Term Agreements for the procurement of QC Lab testing services to conduct performance, safety, and efficacy testing of both medical and non-medical personal protective equipment (PPEs).

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out Quantum Supplier Portal. All Bidding forms and attachments are to be filled, signed stamped and submitted through the system.

Bids must be submitted directly in Quantum Supplier Portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Bids submitted by email will not be accepted.
