Our people are fundamental to the success of our business, and we are committed to providing a working environment where everyone feels valued and fulfilled.You will be part of our Capital Team who are responsible for delivering Capital Projects for the AMP7 framework. The contract involves the pre-construction planning, site investigation and construction of Civils based projects such as storage solutions, tanks, underground structures, Sewage Pumping Stations etc.As a Civil Design Engineer, your role is to ensure that we comply with industry best practice, and where appropriate identify innovative solutions for consideration. You’ll learn how to undertake design tasks, implement projects, manage resources, conduct analysis and assessments, and stakeholder management. You will work predominantly within the experienced design team and engage with Project Managers, Engineers, Health, Safety & Wellbeing and delivery teams that will enable you to further develop your understanding and capability in a built environment.About you –To be eligible for the Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:

• Graduated within the last 2 years or about to
• Achieved or expected to achieve 2:2 degree or equivalent in either Quantity Surveying or Similar construction management related qualification.
• Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025
• Full Driving License
• Motivation: A clear commitment to advancing your career within the water industry.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different locations across the UK during two-year programme.
• Cultural Fit: Alignment with M Group Service’s values and a strong fit for our organisation.
