To support our commitment, we are seeking graduates who are enthusiastic, great communicators and team players to join our Graduate Development Program in the External Funding team, based out of our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK.
About the Job:
This is a structured development program designed to kickstart your career and allow you to grow both personally and professionally, while making an impact in the organization.
The Graduate Development Program in External Funding is a 2-year rotational program consisting of 2 rotations of 12 months across the teams managing External Funding (Funding & Grants) and External Research Opportunities at UCB.
Through this program, you will get exposure to the internal processes and systems related to external funding, internal and external stakeholders, industry codes and practices and gain practical, hands-on experience that will allow you to build a strong foundation to pursue several possible career avenues in the pharma industry and beyond!.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders, backgrounds, experience levels across our global organisation. You will be part of a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating value for patients now and into the future. You will also have the chance to interact with experienced managers who will provide guidance and coaching throughout your rotations.
