Our program consists of:

  • Salary of $93,000 inclusive of Super + Salary Packaging + meal & entertainment card
  • Relocation Payment for eligible applicants

  • Full-time role based in Albury/Wodonga or Goulburn

Your Graduate Pathways Journey

  • To help you get acclimated, we will:
    • Pair you with a supportive, peer-buddy
    • Host a comprehensive, 1-week induction with your entire graduate cohort
    • Facilitate connection between graduates and the rest of the Organisation
  • To assist in your growth, we will:
    • Provide access to various learning opportunities
    • Set-up one hour of formal supervision each week, providing you with a safe space to seek guidance and support from your seniors
    • Host monthly workshops for you to expand and deepen your knowledge
    • Provide the opportunity to have exposure to practice across other areas of The Benevolent Society

Duties

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with Practitioners and clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the client plan, as appropriate to their circumstances
  • Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required
  • Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services to asses, diagnose and treat children and adults with development challenges
  • Assist each client achieve these goals through therapy services, planning home modifications and prescription of assistive technology
