Our Head Teacher is actively seeking to appoint several Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team this September. All roles are full time for the full academic year, with scope to be offered a permanent September 2025 contract.We are a highly successful teacher training school and many of our current Class Teachers joined us as Graduate Teaching Assistants. We are keen to continue this cycle and encourage applications from bright Graduates who are considering becoming Secondary Teachers in the near future.The ideal candidate will have:

• A 2:1 or above at degree level
• Strong GCSE & A Level grades
• A passion for working with children and forging a successful career in teaching
• Sound SEN knowledge
• The willingness to be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the school
• Previous child-related experience – voluntary or paid
• Classroom presence & an engaging personality
• The motivation to get the best out of every child, regardless of their ability
