About the Role: As a Graduate Trade Desk Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate trade execution and system integration. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the business, including traders, researchers, and technical experts, to support and enhance our trading operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop rapid solutions for trade execution
• Automate processes to improve efficiency
• Manage personal projects that drive business value
• Ensure all trades are accurately reflected in the systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic Excellence: Grade A in A-level Maths or equivalent
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in coding (VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, C++, or any object-oriented language)
• Logical Thinker: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• STEM Degree: A degree in a STEM field from a top-ranked university
• Passion for Technology: A strong interest in leveraging technology to solve complex problems
