About the program
The Vision Australia Graduate Program is designed to provide blind or low-vision graduates with an opportunity for career growth and development over a 12-month period. The program includes a 13-week placement with an external employer, who will further help build confidence and provide valuable experience. The graduates will be supported throughout the program including being allocated a senior mentor and a buddy who are both blind or have low vision.

About you
You may be eligible for Vision Australia’s graduate program if you are legally blind and meet the below criteria:
- Obtained a qualification at a Diploma level or higher within the last four years;
- Able to participate in the program for 12 months continuously, commencing June 2024 and concluding June 2025;
- Available for a minimum of 4 days per week (full-time preferred);
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident;
- Live within commutable distance of a Vision Australia office.
