The Grant Associate for the O’Neill School reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and Grants and helps manage and facilitate grant and award administration for O’Neill. The position is involved with all aspects of the standard non-complex grants and awards process, including acting as first point of contact, assisting with all aspects of processing grant and awards, working directly with funding agencies as needed, monitoring expenditures on grant accounts, and providing support for faculty and staff.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
