Grant Management Officer

UEF is recruiting a Grant Management Officer to work in our Secretariat in Brussels. Main tasks:

● Conceptualization and planning of EU projects (grant writing, content, budget, logistics);

● Financial responsibility over project implementation, including financial monitoring, budget management and contractual, legal and administrative tasks;

● Responsibility over events organisation, e.g. international meetings, educational events, etc;

● Follow-up and reporting of projects (both narrative and financial);

● Seeking out new relevant project funding opportunities and potential donors;

● Coordination, engagement, communication and cooperation with project partners from a variety of sectors (CSOs, public bodies, educational institutions, etc.);

● On demand, there might be support requested on occasion for different tasks to help colleagues, distribute workload and meet the targets of the organisation together as a team.
