Are you passionate about driving change and making a difference? We’re seeking an experienced Grant Manager to be a vital part of our Program Operations Team. As our Grant Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our grant management, overseeing, coordinating, and steering our organizational grants towards success.
What You’ll Do:
Grant Mastery: You’ll compile and analyze crucial grant data, facilitate collaboration across teams to craft winning proposals, and ensure accurate financial allocation.
Compliance Expert: Ensuring we meet all grant requirements, you’ll be the expert who gathers essential statistics and compiles outcomes for report submission.
Strategic Partner: Working closely with our Leadership Team and the VP of QA/IT, you’ll spearhead funding efforts and seek new sources aligning with our vision for growth and impact.
This position has work from home capability but requires occasional travel in the state of Indiana.

What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, a Human Services field or a related field
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in grant writing and administration is a must
