Who are we?
The HQ Shared Support Hub is a new unit in HQ which is being set up with the purpose of improving support service delivery to units and departments implementing grants from HQ. The hub will provide operational grants management and finance support to implementing units in DK Integration, Department for Strategy, Programme and Learning (SPL) and The Stand-By Roster. The support hub will also manage Service-Level Agreements with other HQ departments governing their support to implementing units.
About the job
The SSH Grants Specialist is responsible for administering a designated portfolio of grants implemented from HQ in accordance with donor and DRC regulations. The position reports to the Shared Support Hub Grants Team lead and collaborates closely with project managers/teams and Support Hub colleagues on all grants-related matters, compliance, and partnerships.

The Shared Support Hub is as mentioned above a new entity and we expect some adjustments to the specific roles in the Hub to happen over the first year, however the above is expected to remain main tasks and responsibilities.

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and AC. The position is at fuldmgtig level. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
