GRANTS COORDINATOR
LANCASTER COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT
This position will coordinate the pre-award planning and organization, and the post-award administration of the Lancaster County Conservation District and Conservation Foundation of Lancaster County grants and funding elements. The position requires direct interactions and integrated communications with board members, staff, funding agencies, and partnering organizations. Post-award monitoring and reporting of grants are essential by utilizing a Conservation District database management tool. A 4-year bachelor of science degree and 2 years of experience in related work are required.
Starting Salary: $50,000 -$55,000 Commensurate with experience and excellent benefits package and $2,400 signing bonus.
