The Mayday Fund is a private family foundation with the mission to alleviate the incidence, degree, and consequence of human physical pain.  The Fund is seeking a Grants Manager, who will oversee the administration of grants in conjunction with the Executive Director.

The position responsibilites include:

– engage with the Executive Director to create a grants management and record keeping system

– at the general level of operations, reviews and assessment of grant proposals

– ongoing communications with grantees and applicants through periodic reports on grants operation and process

– collaborate with financial administrators and Executive Director on the fiscal responsibilies of grant issuance, reporting and grant closing documents

–  participation in discussion on the website and with the Mayday Fellows Program

–  general coordination with the Executive Director for Board Meetings and site visits
