Graphic / Instructional designer

Our Digital Learning team is looking for a person with a background in graphic design to play a key role in developing engaging visual content for our flipped learning courses. This position supports the delivery of creative and culturally relevant theological training materials, helping bring dynamic learning experiences to life for a global audience.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

• Experienced in using a variety of graphic design tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

• Comfortable with or eager to learn video design software.

• Visually articulate with a strong understanding of design for educational settings.

• Passionate about course design and visual learning.

• Collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to a missional educational context.

This role is for a residential volunteer on site (accommodation and meals are provided free of charge); or the role could suit a volunteer who lives locally (travel expenses covered).

In the nature of the role, it is a genuine requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian and fully supports the objectives of the college.
