Setting the Conservation Standard
Through research, habitat restoration projects, and sustainable management practices, we work to ensure the long-term viability of wild horse populations while maintaining ecological balance.

Through education and outreach initiatives, we empower individuals and communities to become advocates for wild horse conservation. By fostering a deeper understanding of the issues facing wild horses and their habitats, we cultivate a network of passionate supporters dedicated to our cause.

The Role
American Wild Horse Conservation is seeking a dynamic community leader who will enhance grassroots engagement and campaign efforts in support of in-the-wild conservation of wild horses and burros.
The AWHC Grassroots Campaigns & Advocacy Manager will be responsible for expanding grassroots outreach, coalition-building and volunteer advocacy activities to advance wild horse and burro protection and pursue federal reform.
