Job Title: Group HR DirectorReports To: TBCRole Purpose:To lead the provision of an effective and efficient strategic human resource function and to lead in the development and implementation of organisational development strategies that enable and facilitate the achievement of organisational goals and cultural change.Qualifications/Experience:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interactions within the Bluefield Group:Perform duties across the Group function with due regard to the complexities, interdependencies and requisite separations associated with each company. * Maintain data security and confidentiality, operating discretely, professionally and within the policies common to the Bluefield Group.
Job LocationAt least 3 days in-person at the Bristol office with regular travel to London office (at least 1x/week). Overnight stays and travel where necessary will be at the company expense with a flexible approach required to travel outside of core hours.Hours of WorkThis role is primarily Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17.30pm.Our Behaviours:Our behaviours are important to us at Bluefield.
