As a Group Procurement Data Analyst, your primary role is – in close collaboration with the Group Procurement Category Manager – to ensure the seamless management and accuracy of pricing data within our procurement systems.
Main responsibilities and key tasks:
Pricing Model Creation and Maintenance
Collaborate with group procurement category managers to develop and maintain pricing models for various goods/services.
Data Accuracy and Integrity
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the SAP platform related to pricing and procurement data;
Conduct routine checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Conflict Resolution
Resolve pricing conflicts by analysing discrepancies and working closely with category managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement
Continuously assess and enhance pricing and procurement processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and streamline workflows.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing models, updates, and conflict resolution processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or similar through experience;
Good knowledge of English;
Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment;
Proficient in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools, such as PowerBI or similar;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
