Office and GH Guard

Oxfam GB- Iraq will provide a caravan, a desk, CCTV, water dispenser, and AC. Oxfam will pay 40,500 IQD a day to cover the cost of food, and transport to and from the office. 500 IQD will be for health insurance purposes. Transport to attend meetings will be provided by Oxfam drivers when available.

No other remuneration will be offered.

Key Deliverables

1- Guarding Oxfam GB property (office and GH) and reporting any safety and security issues,

2- Check the office and GH if secure regularly by checking the locks, doors, and windows from outside before duty starts.

3- Ensure that no items will be taken out after closing at 4:30 unless it is requested by the logistics and approved by security.

4- The watchman will be requested only for eight hours shift duties per every 24 hours,

5- Ensure all doors are locked after Oxfam staff leaves the office

6- Provide information to supervisors on the safety and security of the office and GH and,

7- Take action immediately on any case that concerns safety and security reporting to supervisors.
