Hope Makers Organization for Women is a local, women-led organization that seeks to support Yezidi women and the Yezidi community in Sinjar. Established in 2016, HMOW has a history of providing Mental Health Support and Suicide Prevention services among other services that seek to support the community to build resilience and to recover.

Since the beginning of HMOW inception, its main goal was to support women and girls who are survivors of ISIS and survivors of gender-based violence in general, it focused mainly on providing safe spaces for them to be able to know themselves and overcome all that they faced through women’s help to each other and through several psychological activities.

Hope Makers organization for Women works to improve the psychological conditions of women and reintegrate them into society so that they are decision makers and can dream again and create a better future.

Our vision is to create safe community for women and girls of different categories and combat Gender based violence and discrimination against women and girls.

Our Mission raise awareness and knowledge about Gender based violence concept to reach the gender equality between both gender

منظمة صناع الأمل للمرأة هي منظمة محلية تقودها النساء وتسعى إلى دعم النساء الإيزيديات والمجتمع الإيزيدي في سنجار. تأسست HMOW في عام 2016 ، ولها تاريخ في تقديم خدمات دعم الصحة العقلية ومنع الانتحار من بين الخدمات الأخرى التي تسعى إلى دعم المجتمع لبناء المرونة والتعافي.

منذ بداية تأسيس HMOW ، كان هدفها الرئيسي هو دعم النساء والفتيات الناجيات من داعش والناجيات من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي بشكل عام ، وركزت بشكل أساسي على توفير مساحات آمنة لهن ليتمكن من معرفة أنفسهن والتغلب على كل ما واجهنه من خلال مساعدة النساء لبعضهن البعض ومن خلال العديد من الأنشطة النفسية.

تعمل منظمة صناع الأمل للنساء على تحسين الظروف النفسية للمرأة وإعادة دمجها في المجتمع حتى تكون صانعة قرار وتستطيع أن تحلم مرة أخرى وتخلق مستقبلا أفضل.

تتمثل رؤيتنا في إنشاء مجتمع آمن للنساء والفتيات من مختلف الفئات ومكافحة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي والتمييز ضد النساء والفتيات.

مهمتنا رفع مستوى الوعي والمعرفة حول مفهوم العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي للوصول إلى المساواة بين الجنسين

Overall purpose 

The Guard will be Responsible to ensure the security for the Center (Equipment ,Buildings ……)

سيكون الحرس مسؤولا عن ضمان أمن المركز (المعدات والمباني ……)

Role and Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned area to ensure the security of HMOW’s personnel, buildings and properties.
• Checkout the center Security and safety Issue in Daily basis(Electric……)
• Responsible for all Maintenance Issue at Centers.
• Reduce the impact of any attack carried out against the HMOW compound through warning compound occupants, calling for assistance and assisting with evacuation or other reaction as required.
• Report any security incident or rumors even outside of the working hours.
• Receive and screen for risk deliveries of mail/packages and other items. All deliveries shall be logged.
• Check the reliable legal identity (ID) of all visitors, log their entry, and exit in the Visitors Book. Ensure visitors meet the person whom they are visiting. Maintain a record of all staff and visitors within the compound at any given time.
• Attend the main gate at all times in order to deter unauthorized entry into the HMOW Office and to open for entry and exit only for authorized persons or vehicles.
• Report any security related Issue to the line manager and consulting the security assistant on any security related issues out of working limit

الدور والمسؤوليات

منطقة مخصصة للدوريات لضمان أمن أفراد HMOW ومبانيها وممتلكاتها.

التأكد والتحقق من كافة قضايا الأمن والأمان في المركز بشكل يومي (كهرباء…..)

مسؤول عن جميع قضايا الصيانة في المراكز.

تقليل تأثير أي هجوم يتم تنفيذه ضد مركز HMOW من خلال تحذير الموظفين داخل المركز ، وطلب المساعدة ، والمساعدة في الإخلاء أو رد فعل آخر حسب الحاجة.

الإبلاغ عن أي حادث أمني أو شائعات حتى خارج ساعات العمل.

تلقي وفحص مخاطر تسليم البريد / الطرود وغيرها من البنود. يجب تسجيل جميع عمليات التسليم.

التحقق من الهوية القانونية الموثوقة (ID) لجميع الزوار ، وتسجيل دخولهم وخروجهم في دفتر الزوار. تأكد من أن الزوار يلتقون بالشخص الذي يزورونه. الاحتفاظ بسجل لجميع الموظفين والزوار داخل المجمع في أي وقت.

الحضور إلى البوابة الرئيسية في جميع الأوقات من أجل منع الدخول غير المصرح به إلى مكتب HMOW وفتح باب الدخول والخروج فقط للأشخاص المصرح لهم أو المركبات.

الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة متعلقة بالأمن إلى المدير المباشر واستشارة مساعد الأمن بشأن أي قضايا متعلقة بالأمن خارج نطاق العمل
