Introduction

KOHRW implements a comprehensive protection program for refugees in partnership with UNHCR through the Community Service Center (CSC) in Kirkuk. The CSC serves as a dedicated space to provide critical protection services, including legal aid, case management, psychosocial support, and awareness sessions to refugees. This program aims to address the needs of refugees ensuring a safe and supportive environment while promoting social cohesion and protection for the most vulnerable populations.

The CSC’s goals include:

1. Providing structured case management for survivors of violence and children at risk.
2. Ensuring access to legal aid and rights-based protection services.
3. Promoting awareness on available services and rights through community engagement.
4. Offering technical support to strengthen local capacities and service delivery.

Guard (4 Positions)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the CSC premises.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of staff and beneficiaries.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain a log of visitors and incidents.
• Ensure all entry points are locked and secured outside operational hours.

• Report suspicious activity to the Security Officer.
