Through the provision of immediate relief and the establishment of self-sustaining development programmers, we aim to invest in real, effective solutions.
This tender pack has been specifically designed to give you all the information you need to understand Human Appeal’s requirements and complete a response to the tender. Human Appeal is inviting you to submit a bid to become a preferred supplier for the delivery and supply of productive livestock in Mosul, Iraq.
Scope of Work
- All of the items are for a humanitarian initiative in Mosul governorate -Iraq, and, which will be funded by Human appeal UK.
- Productive Livestock delivery will take place in Mosul city / Mosul Plain and Human Appeal will share the delivery schedule with the successful Vendor.
- All Targeted BNFs will get Productive livestock’s upon finishing the Human appeal-training course.
How to Apply:
- Any vendors who have a valid registration in the regions of Iraq or Kurdistan are encouraged to apply; those who do not will be disregarded.
- All bids, limited to those made in English, along with the completed tender form, must be sent to the following email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , Alternatively, originals, sealed and with an included envelope, must be handed by hand to the Human Appeal office in Building 1159, Erbil, Dream City, no later than 5:00 PM on Nov 19-2024.Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
- Please be sure to submit both your technical and financial bids in separate, sealed envelopes /all in one package.
- Your email must have the subject line “IQ24-51001 Tender“; emails without a topic title will be returned unread.
- Only local currency, or IQD, will be used to quote the given pricing.
- The price offer in the tender is valid and up for acceptance for thirty days after the deadline for submitting the tender, without modification.
