Handyman – Kirkuk (Service Contract)

Acts as Handyman service under the supervision of the field management. The service provider shall receive a daily payment of 31,250 IQDs for their services. Payment shall be settled monthly for any day that the service provider has performed work and once completing all services outlined in this TOR.

Job Overview/Summary:

The Handyman is responsible for identifying maintenance needs for the office and do the maintenance where possible and to communicate to the field management for the maintenance and the needs that are complicated. Moreover, to take a general care of the office workspace.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth and timely opening and closure of the office.
• To assist in the general operation of the Office building as turning on the water pump, assisting in loading and unloading, assisting in general maintenance, assisting in running the generator and maintaining it, etc.
• Taking care of the water tank to ensure a continuous water supply.
• Monitoring the gas tank for generator.
• In the event of security problems, to assist fully in the security of the Office building for the safety of property and personnel and if necessary to assist in the evacuation of personnel and property if directed by the immediate supervisor.
• unauthorized persons do not enter the premises.
• Perform basic electrical repairs in IRC Kirkuk office.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor / Supply Chain team.

• One year work experience in working with INGO.
• Very Good technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
