This is a remote-only position. Applicants should be
willing to work on US Eastern time zone.
Key Duties
- Provide orientation to new clients
- Support and check in on clients who aren’t fully using the
available services - Manage “happiness gifts” to clients who have something to
celebrate, or need encouragement - Complete exit interviews for departing clients
- Format and manage client-facing reports in coordination with
clients’ advisors - Support Director of Client Happiness with execution of special
projects (i.e. new programs and services)
Skills and Attributes Needed
- Strong customer service instincts
- Superb attention to detail, natural problem solver
- Ambitious self-starter, terrific sense of humor, tech
savvy - Familiarity with the inner workings of the non-profit sector;
capital campaign awareness a plus.
Location, Time Commitment and Compensation
- This is a part-time position, with potential for
growth. - Time commitment will vary each month from 25-50 hours each
month. Most weeks you’ll work 5-10 hours - We are a remote-first company, which means you can work from
anywhere. - Internal work can be done on a flexible schedule, but
reasonable availability for work with clients within 9am-5pm EST is
a must.
