Location: 48 station road, N22 6UX
Salary: £34 per hourRole Overview:
Manage a caseload of complex and high-risk adult cases, ensuring thorough assessments, effective care planning, and quality interventions.
Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to social workers and practitioners within the Adult Services team.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners, including health, housing, and community services, to coordinate and deliver holistic care plans for adults in need.
Assess and manage risks to vulnerable adults, ensuring adherence to safeguarding protocols and policies.
Engage with service users and their families, placing their needs and preferences at the center of care planning and decision-making.
Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements, policies, and procedures within the Adult Services team.Essential Requirements:

• Social Work Qualification – Degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services
• Social Work England Registration
• Driving license and access to own vehicle
