The Marketing Manager Adult Healthcare would be responsible for developing and managing strategies for adult care brands and healthcare business plans.
Key responsibilities
Create business and channel strategies for incontinence care (a winning product strategy and unique value proposition).
Assess market needs, growth opportunities, customer requirements, and competition benchmarks.
Oversee brand strategies, including brand architecture and executional materials.
Plan and coordinate branded communication, including catalogues, key visuals, HCP programs, influencer plans, and caregiver plans.
Lead the development of new packaging for European brands.
Background and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication; Masters is a plus.
2-4 years in brand or product marketing roles and at least 3 years in experience in managerial position.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
Experience in our categories and in Retail brand is a plus.
Business acumen with analysis competences, strategic vision and results orientation.
