Head Chef

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead and develop the kitchen team overseeing all aspects of food production and kitchen management.

This exciting opportunity will be based at our Clifton campus but will also be working with colleagues across our City, Brackenhurst and Mansfield campuses catering for students, staff and guests.

You will be self motivated, driven to set high standards, have an innovative approach to menu concepts and a commitment to deliver high quality, freshly prepared dishes to a diverse customer base with a strong focus on sustainability.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess previous experience in managing a kitchen team in a large organisation and a passion to deliver excellent quality, modern food within our cafes and restaurants and catered event operations.
