Hutchinsons are seeking a dynamic individual to head our fast-developing Agroecology Services.

The role:

As the Head of Agroecology Services, you will:

  • Lead the Service: Drive the development, marketing, sales, training, and delivery of our
    full range of Agroecology Services.
  • Build the Hutchinsons Profile: Work closely with the supply chain to ensure that the wider
    industry understands and accepts Hutchinsons as the most qualified and capable service provider
    in sustainable farming practices.
  • Service Standards: Be responsible for the delivery of all Agroecology Services to ensure
    that they meet the standards defined within the Hutchinsons Agroecology Charter.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Ensure Hutchinsons is recognised as the leading provider of
    agroecology and regenerative farming expertise in the UK.
  • Sales Excellence: Promote, sell, and deliver our services to new and existing clients,
    while training our agronomists to support these efforts.
  • Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, key clients, and
    prospects to expand our business.
  • Enhance Services: Lead the continuous improvement of our Agroecology Services, ensuring
    they deliver practical, valuable solutions.
  • Client Focus: Gather feedback from clients and agronomists to refine and enhance our
    offerings.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and leverage opportunities to market and sell additional
    Hutchinsons services.
  • Train the Team: Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for our agronomists.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and service delivery within agriculture.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in agroecology and regenerative farming practices.
  • Ability to train and mentor agronomists.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in agriculture.
  • Confident public speaker with the ability to teach and inspire others.
