To succeed, you will need proven experience in leading teams on institutional-wide processes that have had a strategic influence and impact on a university or universities. You will also need the specialist knowledge and experience it takes to drive change management maturity including on activities that include topics like training, impact, culture and measurement. The confidence to build and lead a new Change Management team while working across a new directorate to create synergies with various service areas, academic units and professional services is important too. What’s more, in keeping with our progressive culture, you will need to be an innovator and strategic thinker who can overcome challenges with new ideas. In summary, you are driven to affect change and progress and have a track record of success that spans a variety of university service areas.

Joining the Strategic Development and Delivery directorate means you’ll have access to a wealth of training, opportunities and exciting networking events. We’re committed to investing in our people. These include attending conferences and webinars; watching videos and receiving newsletters; and accessing tools, guidance and templates.
