• Identify and drive opportunities to improve security posture based on an understanding of current control and technology environment.
• Implement the group compliance policy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholder groups such as Resilience Risk and Connectivity.
• Manage the relationships with cloud service providers and the roadmap for cloud cryptography solutions groupwide.
• Analyses current cloud cryptography deployments and set the direction of travel for improvements to compliance and strategic goals.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive experience in information security, with a focus on cryptographic services.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing cryptography solutions in a large organization, preferably within the financial sector or aerospace/defence industry.
• Experience with HSMs, cloud implementation, legal and regulatory requirements
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and international standards related to cryptography
