About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Communications, the Head of Digital is responsible for providing strategic direction across the BaptistCare digital marketing ecosystem, delivering marketing and sales data-driven insights and ensuring the upkeep of customer digital standards across the organisation. You will empower the organisation and your marketing colleagues to achieve their business plan objectives within the aged care, retirement living, and community services sectors. As a thought leader in digital marketing, you will remain abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and innovations to guide the organisation’s digital marketing transformation.
About you
To be considered, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years in digital marketing, CRM, web management or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of experience in leadership positions, demonstrating strategic oversight.
- Proven track record in digital marketing management, web development, and management of digital tools.
- Strong managerial skills to lead cross-functional teams, mentor employees, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Proficiency in data analysis, insights interpretation, and using analytics tools to influence strategic decision making.
- Familiarity with a broad spectrum of digital domains, including CRM, web development, UX/UI, SEO, and digital advertising.
- A current driver’s licence and commitment to occasional travel including interstate.
