Head of Digital Transformation – D365 and Legacy ApplicationsUK Based Candidates (must be happy to work on site in Oxford or Newcastle a few times a month)Competitive SalaryPermanentRole Overview:I’m working with a global end-user organisation who are about to undergo a huge Digital Transformation across several sites.You’ll come into a senior level role where you’ll be expected to lead the Digital Transformation team and project, assessing how applications are currently being used in the organisation and developing a strategy moving forward which caters to how applications can be used efficiently and effectively to drive the business forward.In the initial stages of this role you’ll be in a predominantly technical space, being hands on with D365 and wider legacy applications before moving into more of a strategic leadership role once the project has matured.This is an opportunity to come into a complex environment and assess how the organisation is currently operating, be able to liaise with site managers and senior stakeholders to advise what can be done before taking the steps needed to implement said changes.Candidate Specific:

• Experience going into a relatively new organisation and creating a strategy / technical roadmap to drive digital business transformation forward.

• Experience working in an agile / scrum environment.

• Knowledge of D365 ERP and CRM.

• Knowledge of 3rd party legacy applications e.g. JavaScript.

• Be able to speak with global stakeholders throughout the organisation, helping recommend which applications / tools the business use
