What we are looking for
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic Head of Global Strategy Planning and Development Section.

The Strategy, Planning and Knowledge Management Section is the result of a merger between the Knowledge Management & Intl Comms (KMIC) and the Strategic Planning and Development (SPD) units in NRC’s Organisational Development Department. The merger’s objective is to improve collaboration between the complementary and partly overlapping areas of responsibility in the two current units and to create synergies from bringing people and competencies together under one leadership.
The vision for new Strategy, Planning and Knowledge management (SPK) is establishing a competent and authoritative section to maintain NRC’s knowledge and normative guidance on strategy, change management and org development. The section will be the preferred go-to place for quality support to the organisation within these areas and knowledge management and internal communication.
