Job DescriptionHead of Human ResourcesNorthampton9.00 am – 5.00 pmSalary: £60,000 (depending on experience)A leading organisation based in Northampton is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead their Human Resources function. This is a key leadership role where you will develop and implement HR strategies, drive employee engagement, and ensure the HR operations are aligned with the overall business strategy.The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a customer-focused approach, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You’ll also have the ability to handle stressful situations effectively and be able to influence change across the business.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team, driving high-quality HR services across the business.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Implement and enhance performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and providing reports for executive meetings.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary environment,
