SALARY:Outside London: £111,469-131,140 per annumLondon: £130,671-153,730 per annum
LOCATION: Halifax, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Manchester
HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of the above office sitesABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYAn exciting opportunity for a Head of IT to lead Change Events, Data Strategy and Automation across IT Service and Operations.The Head of IT CEDA at Lloyds Banking Group will be a visionary leader tasked with driving continuous improvement, innovation, and automation across IT Operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing service delivery through Change Events, Data Strategy, and Automation, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and positive outcomes for colleagues and customers.Duties and responsibilitiesWorking across the organisation you’ll have the following responsibilities:Leading the strategic direction for IT service delivery, focusing on Change Events, Data Strategy, and Automation.Overseeing the management of Change Events to minimize impact on services and operations.Driving the implementation of automation initiatives to streamline operations and improve service quality.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and encouraging innovation within the team.Developing and executing a comprehensive Data Strategy to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.Ensuring robust service management practices are in place, including risk management and compliance with regulatory obligations.Establishing and championing a collaborative culture built on trusting relationships to develop services in line with objectives that deliver great customer and colleague experiences.Working in close partnership with the Engineering community, operating proactively and influencing the continual improvement of the service offerings provided to the aligned business units.ABOUT USWe’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us.
