A leading structural engineering firm is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Business Development to join their team.
The ideal candidate will excel at developing client relationships, generating new business, and promoting the firm across potential new industries.Working with the Founders and Directors of the business, as well as the marketing team, they’ll build strategic opportunity pipelines and guide prospects for the business.Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in new business development
• Experience growing accounts in the built environment
• Strategic planning ability at senior level
• Excellent relationship building capabilities
• Confident and persuasive communication skills
• Implementation of essential BD and Marketing systems
