With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.What’s the opportunityReporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the production, material planning and logistics operations from strategy to volume production whilst leading and managing the team.What you will do:

• Defining and implementing a robust supply chain strategy and organisation compatible with business plan targets
• Developing an optimal supply chain strategy to ensure appropriate controls are developed to manage performance (including cost and on time delivery)
• Working with the procurement team to identify an IPL partner for the management of outbound logistics from our Contract Manufacturer.
• Ensuring all sourcing decisions deliver optimum total cost of acquisition for the business
• Leading the definition and implementation of all end-to-end material planning and logistics processes, leveraging the capabilities of our manufacturing partner
• Developing and delivering plans to ensure fully validated processes, systems and data sets are available on time for programme gateways and manufacturing operations
• You have a ‘can do’ attitude and are always focused on achieving great results with a track record of delivering logistics, packaging and sequencing operations to target

Who you are:

• Supply Chain/ Logistics/Material Logistics related degree or equivalent experience
• Experience within in establishing or managing supply chain operations in China
• Experience in defining and implementing strategy for efficient processes for high volume automotive production
• Able to travel frequently
• You have a ‘can do’ attitude and are always focused on achieving great results with a track record of delivering logistics, packaging and sequencing operations to target

• A calm multitasker who successfully manages, prioritises, and executes against tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
