Head of Operations (Legal Services)£50,000-£60,000 + Mon-Fri + Company Bonus + Flexible Hours + Excellent Company BenefitsEdinburgh, ScotlandAre you a Head of Operations or similar, with a background in Legal services or Insurance, looking for an exciting opportunity to implement a strategic vision and operational excellence for an expanding law firm where you would be instrumental in helping the company grow ?On offer is the opportunity to join a company who offer legal services and specialise into accident claims. They are currently through a great period of growth and have recently opened a new office in Edinburgh. They are looking for someone to fill this new role and manage all day-to-day operations. The company is committed to provide great service for their customers to assist them in a time of needs as well as providing a friendly-working environment for their employees.In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the teams, day-to-day operations including assisting the HR team. You will also need to ensure to report and present activities reports to senior partners. You will be required to implement strategic decisions and ensure the business follows compliance regulations.This role would suit a Head of Operations or similar, with a background in Legal services or Insurance, looking to join an expanding company for a rewarding opportunity and be instrumental for the growth and development of the business.The Role:

• Operational Management and Process Optimisation
• Strategic Governance and Compliance monitoring
• Managing day-to-day operations and human resources
• Monday to Friday, flexible hours
• Office based
