The team provides services to support workforce planning, people systems, recruitment, job evaluation, as well leading on HR Quality and Governance.As we are currently going through a period of change and quality improvement, this is an exciting time to join us. This role is essential to the quest to deliver a modern, fit for purpose, proactive HR function to support the transformation of the workforce in the way we recruit, retain, develop and support our staff.Main duties of the jobThe postholder will take a lead role in the QI/quality assurance of the whole HR function in addition to the governance and management of the HR function’s KPIs and key people metrics.
