Job description
Lead the development and execution of SEO and PPC strategies across a portfolio of brands, optimising search engine visibility and driving growth. Manage budgets, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure data-driven decision-making to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute a combined search strategy across the group.
- Set performance targets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Maximize team performance to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with agency partners to deliver sector-leading performance.
- Work with the Web Platform Board and Tech team to achieve goals.
- Manage budgets across multiple websites for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure data collection mechanisms are in place for reporting and insights.
- Use data to interpret consumer search trends and inform business decisions
- Measure performance against KPIs and lead SEO audit actions.
- Conduct research on product categories to inform search strategies.
- Monitor and analyze search performance and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders across strategy and performance.
- Work with the Data team to gain insights from customer channel attribution.
- Develop relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Upskill development and marketing teams on SEO best practices.
- Share knowledge regularly as part of learning sessions.
- Keep colleagues updated on the latest developments in SEO and PPC.

- Extensive experience in search and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and executing SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Strong technical SEO experience, including website architecture and page speed optimization.

- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrable experience driving innovation in digital channels.
