Head of Service Delivery

Temporary 14 month role with the potential to become permanent
Location: Home-based but options to work from London office
Start date: As soon as possible

An exciting opportunity to join a start-up service that will accelerate delivery of Parity Projects’ mission to provide every home with a decarbonisation plan.  As Head of Service Delivery you will hold day-to-day responsibility for the strategy,
operations and delivery of our One Stop Shop for homeowners who wish to decarbonise their
homes.

Working
across the business, with high profile partners and an innovative proposition, this is a
significant opportunity to innovate and help deliver the decarbonisation of homes across the
UK.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an excellent experience for both partners and end user, and adapt processes in
  response to learning
• Produce a robust plan to test the end-to-end customer journey, deliver learning, and grow
  uptake of energy efficiency services
• Operational management of the service delivery team
• Prepare Service Level Agreements with partners, and deliver against them
• Set KPI’s for monitoring and performance, working with the support of an analyst to
  identify trends or areas of concern
• Provide reports to partners on agreed KPIs
• Work with the Service Owner and Product Owner to address issues and drive improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
• Develop new partner relationships and commercial opportunities

Skills:

• Experienced in delivery of energy efficiency or low carbon heating services in UK housing
• Some experience on government energy efficiency schemes and local authority tendering is an
  advantage.
• A problem-solver working across functions including software, service delivery and
  marketing
• Team-building
• Commercial
• Strong stakeholder/relationship skills
