This new senior management position with the Trust will play a critical role enabling and
driving strategic thinking and planning across the organisation to ensure we are delivering the
maximum impact, ensuring there is a clear and coherent strategy aligned throughout the
organisation, internally and to external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a very ‘hands on’ role and will be given the freedom to
bring their ideas, innovation and creativity to the team to help us create our new future.
