Head Porter

Responsible to the Domestic Bursar, you will manage the Porters Lodge operation, delivering high levels of customer service together with strong management of a team.

At the heart of the College, the Porters Lodge is the first point of contact for College members and fundamental in the successful College operation including fire safety, security, reception and general services.

The successful post holder will have strong customer service and organisational skills and have experience of delivering high standards in a similar setting. You will be an effective communicator, professional and courteous and capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, students and Fellows. Discretion regarding highly sensitive welfare, personnel and security matters is also essential.
