Based in London (Hybrid Travel)
Up to £40,000 plus benefitsIrwin and Colton have been engaged by a FTSE-100 real estate organisation to identify a new Health and Safety Administrator to come onboard full-time. The organisation holds a multibillion-pound property portfolio across both commercial and industrial space.This role will be reporting into the Director of Health and Safety; with a primary focus on supporting the Health and Safety team collectively on day-day operations.Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Administrator will include:Provide administrative support for the Health and Safety inbox, purchase orders, incident management, meetings, reports and risk assessments.Administer and review supplier assessments, escalate approvals to the Health and Safety team, and manage fleet safety risk compliance.Manage support systems for incident logging, inspections, and employee onboarding, ensuring actions are resolved appropriately.Coordinate Health and Safety online training, liaise with providers, and implement training analysis.The successful Health and Safety Administrator will have:Proven experience in Health and Safety.A NEBOSH General Certificate is ideal but not necessary.Strong experience with data driven platforms such as Microsoft Office applications.Experience working within the property sector is advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual, who is starting out in their health and safety career, to join an established FTSE-100 real estate organisation with a long history and strong heritage.
