Health and Safety Advisor (Construction)£40,000 – £52,000 + Company Bonus + Training + Progression + Car Allowance + Hybrid + Company BenefitsSt Albans (or similar: covering a North London / Hertfordshire patch)Are you a Health and Safety Advisor or similar with previous construction industry experience, seeking a dynamic and varied position where you will be conducting Health & Safety inspections at various client sites across the North London / Hertfordshire area, within a well-established, employee-owned company that offers remote work and autonomy as well as tailored further training and development to advance your career?This company have over 30 years of experience, they serve various industries, specialising in construction. They offer services including on-site audits, inspections, HR management, training, and supportive software solutions to ensure workplace compliance and safety. They emphasize a hands-on approach to build a better workplace culture and prioritize the well-being of employees.In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for performing comprehensive Health & Safety inspections, crafting detailed reports, and delivering engaging training sessions. You’ll offer proactive guidance during client meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices. This position operates Monday through Friday throughout the North London and Hertfordshire area, with a generous £4,200 car allowance provided.This varied role would suit a Health and Safety Advisor or similar with previous construction industry experience, seeking a dynamic and varied position where you will be conducting Health & Safety inspections at various client sites across the North London / Hertfordshire area.The Role:

• Conduct Health & Safety inspections and generate detailed reports
• Provide training and proactive guidance during client meetings
• Attend professional development sessions to share best practices
• Maintain a professional image and communicate regularly with your Team Leader
• Work Monday – Friday throughout the North London / Hertfordshire area, with a £4,200 car allowance
• Salary band depending on IOSH Membership

The Person:

• Health and Safety Advisor or similar
• Previous Construction Industry experience
• Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• Commutable to the North London / Hertfordshire area
• Full driver’s licence
