Our ideal candidate will be qualified to NEBOSH standard with previous experience in a similar Health and Safety Manager role or looking to take that next step into management.This is an exciting role, leading on ensuring that Warwick Castle operates at the highest level of Health, Safety & Security Management. You’ll act as the main lead to the management team in matters relating to safety. In addition to this you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies.This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from ensuring high levels of team engagement, to being the key stakeholder for the Warwick Castle incident management plan. Therefore, you’ll help promote and drive a high standard of HSS discipline within the attraction and lead by example when it comes to creating a culture of HSS.This is a permanent, full-time position. Shifts will include weekends and due to the nature of the business this can also include bank holidays. Qualifications & Experience:

• A passionate leader dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety & Security.
• Strong communicator able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving a positive safety culture and compliance with regulations.
• Detail-oriented individual adept at overseeing risk assessments and incident management.
• Team builder fostering engagement and providing support to security personnel.
• Financially savvy manager proficient in budget management and insurance compliance.
• Working towards an NVQ.
